At Tisas Arms Corp USA, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of every firearm we manufacture. Our commitment to our customers extends beyond the sale and is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original firearm.

As the official U.S. branch of Tisas, we are committed to supporting our customers with responsive service and warranty assistance throughout the United States.

Warranty Coverage

Tisas Arms Corp USA warrants that each firearm manufactured by Tisas will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered, Tisas Arms Corp USA will, at its discretion:

Repair the firearm
Replace defective parts
Replace the firearm with a comparable model if repair is not possible

This warranty applies only to the original firearm and covers manufacturing defects resulting from the production process.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, malfunctions, or wear resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Improper maintenance or neglect
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Corrosion, rust, or cosmetic damage
Damage caused by accidents
Damage resulting from the use of reloaded, remanufactured, hand-loaded, or improper ammunition
Damage resulting from the use of ammunition that does not meet SAAMI specifications
Installation of aftermarket parts not approved by Tisas Arms Corp USA
Damage caused by improper storage conditions

This warranty is limited to the firearm itself and does not cover consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
