AGE VERIFICATION POLICY

Effective Date: January 01, 2026
Tisas Arms Corp, d/b/a Tisas USA, requires all users of www.tisasarmsusa.com and all purchasers of Products through the Website to be at least eighteen (18) years of age. We implement the following age verification measures:
Entry Gate
Upon first visiting the Website, users will be presented with an age verification prompt requiring confirmation that the user is at least eighteen (18) years of age. Users who do not confirm will be denied access to the Website. This age gate will be presented before any product pages or pricing are displayed.
Account Registration
During the account creation process, users must provide their date of birth and affirm that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Accounts may not be created by or on behalf of persons under the age of eighteen (18).
Checkout Verification
At the time of purchase, customers must confirm that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that they are legally permitted to purchase the Products in their jurisdiction.
Payment Verification
We require payment by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, each of which requires the account holder to be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to cancel any order and terminate any account if we have reason to believe that the purchaser or account holder is under the age of eighteen (18). If we determine that a purchase was made by a minor, we will refund the purchase price and may permanently restrict the associated account.
California Orders: Additional Verification Under AB 1263
California AB 1263, effective January 1, 2026, imposes additional verification requirements on online sellers of firearm accessories shipped to California addresses. The statute defines “firearm accessories” broadly to include pistol grips, stocks, flash suppressors, threaded barrels, barrel shrouds, and any other device, tool, kit, part, or parts set clearly designed and intended for use in manufacturing firearms. For orders shipped to California, we will require the following before completing the sale:
(a) submission of a valid government-issued photo identification confirming the purchaser is at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) verification that the name and address on the government-issued identification match the shipping address; (c) adult signature confirmation at delivery by a person at least twenty-one (21) years of age; and (d) acknowledgment of a consumer notice regarding California restrictions on manufacturing firearms from parts and precursor components.
Orders for firearm accessories to California addresses that do not satisfy these requirements will not be fulfilled, and any order placed without the required verification is subject to cancellation and full refund.
California Orders: Firearm Barrels Under SB 704
California SB 704, effective January 1, 2026, requires that standalone firearm barrels be sold to California residents only through a California-licensed Federal Firearms Licensee with a DOJ background check, effectively treating barrels as firearms for California sales. We do not ship standalone firearm barrels directly to California consumers. Orders for standalone barrels with California shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Other State-Specific Requirements
Illinois requires a valid Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) card for the purchase of firearms and ammunition. FOID card requirements generally do not extend to non-ammunition parts and accessories, though we will not knowingly ship any item to Illinois for which FOID verification would be required under state law. No federal minimum age exists for the purchase of firearm parts, accessories, or magazines, and where state law is silent our minimum is eighteen (18). Certain states impose higher age thresholds for specific items, and we will decline orders that do not satisfy the higher applicable state minimum.
