RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. General

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Product purchased through www.tisasarmsusa.com, you may return it in accordance with this policy.

2. Return Window

Products may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date, provided the Product meets the eligibility requirements set forth below.

3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for return, Products must be: (a) unused and in their original, unopened packaging; or (b) opened but unused and in the same condition as when received, with all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included. Products that have been installed on a firearm, modified, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following Products are not eligible for return: custom or special-order parts; clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase); items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use; and hazardous materials or items that cannot be returned due to health, safety, or regulatory restrictions.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at help@tisasarmsusa.com or (404) 590-0851 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Include the RMA number on the outside of the return package. All returns must be shipped via a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring return shipments, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, no longer needed): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, product not matching description): Company will pay return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid shipping label. For returns of defective products: Company will pay return shipping costs.

7. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price applies to Products that have been opened but are unused and in resalable condition. No restocking fee will be charged for Products returned in original, unopened packaging, or for Products returned due to our shipping error or product defect. This fee is disclosed on the Website and in our Conditions of Sale before the purchase becomes final, consistent with the disclosure requirements under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act, O.C.G.A. § 10-1-390 et seq., and comparable consumer protection statutes.

8. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, we will process your refund within ten (10) business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a Product for a different item, please return the original Product for a refund in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the replacement item.

10. Defective Products

If you receive a Product that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt. Include your order number and photographs of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you. Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved. Defective products may also be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty; please refer to the warranty documentation included with your Product.
